Eliz Gündüz is an expressionist artist/industrial designer based in Istanbul.
She argues that in this world where our brain is constantly focusing on different areas and producing different thoughts, it becomes quiet while painting.
In her works, She processes instantaneous moments, memories, natural structures and emotions that leave their mark on her in daily life. By abstracting them, She brings them into her own reality and perspective. Every movement on the canvas is specific to an emotion for her. She tries to make you feel that emotion and convey you to this reality and perspective with amorphous forms, textures, lines and colors.
